Hello, and welcome to my personal website! 

I am an assistant professor in the Department of Management, Information Systems, and Entrepreneurship. I earned my doctoral degree in Management, with an Information Systems (IS) concentration, at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. My research focuses on persuasive IS designs and their effects on users’ motivation and cognition in contexts like e-commerce, social media, and crowdsourcing. My work has been published in quality journals, including the Journal of Management Information Systems (FT-50), European Journal of Information Systems, Information & Management, and the AIS Transactions on Human-Computer Interaction. 

I am enthusiastic about teaching IS courses, especially those concerning platforms, database, analytics and visualization. I look forward to becoming an active member of the institution that supports my career aspirations.
